Export your collection as a PDF

A printable inventory of what you own — filter by category, tag, or date, then share.

Klepto exports your collection to a PDF you can save, print, or share. Useful for insurance records, letting family know what’s yours, or just seeing everything in one place.

Steps

  1. Settings → Export Collection.
  2. Pick what to include:
    • Categories (all or a subset)
    • Tags (optional filter)
    • Favorites-only toggle
    • Date-added filter (optional)
  3. Choose a sort order — by category or alphabetical.
  4. Toggle Page Break Per Category if you want each collection on its own page.
  5. Tap Generate. Klepto builds the PDF (with photos, if you left them on).
  6. Tap Share to send it via Mail, save to Files, or AirDrop.

Tips

  • The photo-resolution setting trades PDF size for image sharpness.
  • Very large collections can take a few seconds — the progress bar shows photo download status.
